We want you to love your pieces from The Line by K, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be issued to your original payment method, minus the return shipping fee.
